Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us!

In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item to us please note that this must be done within 30 days.
All items returned to us have to be sent back in their original packaging, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
If we have not received your item/s after 30 days, from the date you received them, then we are unable to accept a return or exchange.
In order to complete your return you must fill out a return form and send it back with your item/s. You can download the form here.

Non-refundable items-
- Please note that all personalised items are non-refundable however may be exchanged in the case that they are damaged upon arrival. Exchanges will not be given on these orders if the buyer enters the wrong spelling of a name or other personalised options incorrectly.
- Sale items unfortunately are non-refundable.
- Gift Cards are also non-refundable however items bought with a Gift Card may be returned if they meet the returns criteria.
What happens next?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within the same email.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. In the case of a refund a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 working days. Please note that exchanges will take longer to receive due to production time and postage, however we aim to post the exchanged item/s within 2-3 working days after we have received and processed the exchange.
Late or missing refunds or exchanges -
If you haven’t received your refund 7 days after we have confirmed it please contact us at info@titchdesigns.co.uk or alternatively contact your bank and credit card company.
For an exchange, please allow up to 2 weeks after your confirmation email has been sent to receive your item/s. If you haven't received your item/s after this period please contact us.

Please be aware that currently we do not offer free postage on return delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item/s as well as any lost item/s so it is recommended that you pay for a traceable shipping service.
