How do I login to my account?
Our system uses one time passcodes that are sent to your email. This makes it more secure and easier as customers don't need to remember a password.

Do you offer alterations and repairs on clothing?
Yes we do. Alterations and repairs can vary in cost however we have a free quote section as well as a price guide.
Can you embroider onto my own items?
Yes. We can either embroider onto you own items or from the items we supply.
Are the items on your website the only ones that you offer to embroider?
No. Don't see an item on our website that you need? No worries we can get a whole range of items to catter to your embroidery needs.
Do you offer machine servicing and repairs?
Yes we do. You can either book in a drop off time for your machine or book a collection.
Orders
What is your return policy?
In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item to us please note that this must be done within 30 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched an email with all the tracking details will be sent to you.
How long do orders take to fulfil?
Due to the nature of our items being made to order we normally say to allow up to a week for an item to be dispatched. However some items such as memory bears and bespoke clothing take longer than this. Please refer to the specific product page for more details.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
3-5 working days, excluding holidays and bank holiday.
Do you send internationally?
At the moment we only ship across the UK.
